I am beyond thrilled to have been accepted for the 11th Annual Light Space Time Animals competition and to win a Special Merit award for my portrait of ‘Sarge’ and a Special Recognition award for my portrait of ‘Solomon’.
I am adding these awards to the Special Merit Award I won last year for the 10th Annual Animals Competition by the same gallery for my piece ‘Dark Star’.
This is a reputable online competition and they had 1000 entrants from 29 different countries and 30 states so I am happy to be classed alongside the best current animal artists in the world.
It‘s really important to me that I have credibility behind my work from respected third parties in the art world so my clients can rest assured that they are buying the highest quality. There are a lot of artists out there and I want my work to stand out as one of the best and this way I know I am achieving my goal!
These exhibitions go alongside other exhibitions I have been juried into for Fusion Art, The American Academy of Equine Art and my local fine art gallery, Gallery Los Olivos.
